Fairfield High School is seeking to appoint a committed, enthusiastic inspirational Religious Education Teacher to join a well resourced department that has a relentless focus of raising achievement at GCSE. This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding teacher to raise the profile of RE even further within the school, including organisation of trips, events and external visitors, as well as the monitoring of pupil progress across key stages 3 and 4. There are real opportunities for someone with the energy and ideas to widen the spiritual, moral, social and cultural horizons of the pupils in a creative and relevant way.

The right candidate will need to demonstrate strong classroom management skills, have excellent organisational and ICT skills, a high degree of initiative, be able to work independently as well as part of a faculty team, and the ability to motivate pupils and achieve excellent results.
